- Abstract
- <p><strong>The Habitat Wales Scheme is an area-based agri-environment scheme available to all eligible farmers in Wales.</strong></p> <p>The aims of the scheme are to:</p> <ul> <li>Protect habitat land previously under Glastir Advanced in 2023 up to the anticipated<i> </i>introduction of the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS).</li> <li>Introduce additional habitat land, not currently under paid management, into sustainable land management prior to SFS entry.</li> <li>Maintain environmental support for common land currently under Glastir management.</li> </ul> <p>Through this page you can access habitat layers used to identify eligible habitat land and objective layers used as part of the scoring and selection process.</p>
