Anchorage Areas (with a buffer of 0.5km) are a soft constraint which might have implications for any future development of the following resources within the Welsh National Marine Plan area:

- Aquaculture Bivalve Suspended
- Aquaculture Seaweed Suspended
- Tidal Range
- Tidal Stream Seabed
- Tidal Stream Surface-Mid
- Wave Seabed
- Wave Surface

This layer was derived from data supplied by OceanWise, as well as additional areas identified by Welsh Government based on local knowledge and discussions with the ports and shipping sector.
