The Natural Flood Management (NFM) Programme provides 100% grant funding to Local Authorities and Natural Resources Wales (NRW) to undertake NFM schemes to reduce the risk of flooding to properties. This is a pilot study with the intension of learning more about this type of flood risk management and understand some of the barriers to its use. The funding is available for a 2 year period from April 2020 to March 2022.
