Abstract
<p style="text-align: justify;">Conceptually, the purpose of access to services domain is to capture deprivation as a result of a household&rsquo;s inability to access a range of services considered necessary for day-to-day living, both physically and online.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The indicators are:</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Average of public and private travel times to food shops<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to GP surgeries<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to Primary schools<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to Secondary schools<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to Post office<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to Public library<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to Pharmacies<br />&bull; Private travel times to Petrol stations (private transport only)<br />&bull; Average of public and private travel times to Sports Facilities</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The domain also includes a new digital indicator defined as follows:</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; % Unavailability of broadband at 30Mb/s</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">To access all the individual spatial layers for the domains (types) of deprivation please click <a title="Spatial layers for the WIMD 2019 domains (types)" href="https://datamap.gov.wales/layergroups/inspire-wg:WelshIndexOfMultipleDeprivationWIMD2019" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>here</strong>.</a></p>
