- Abstract
Working with the environment and natural processes plays a crucial role in managing flood risk. The Natural Flood Management Fund provides funding to Risk Management Authorities to undertake the design and construction of nature-based solutions and interventions. These interventions are aimed at enhancing and working with the natural environment to reduce flood risk to over 1,400 properties. This is based on an application rather than business case to reduce flood risk to properties.
