- Abstract
- <p>The Natural Flood Management (NFM) Programme provides 100% grant funding to Local Authorities and Natural Resources Wales (NRW) to undertake NFM schemes to reduce the risk of flooding to properties. This is a pilot study with the intension of learning more about this type of flood risk management and understand some of the barriers to its use.</p> <p>The funding is available from April 2020 to March 2023.</p> <p><strong>Purpose</strong></p> <p>This map provides the locations of the schemes agreed within the Natural Flood Management Programme for 2020-2023. These are being delivered by Local Authorities and NRW.</p> <p><strong>Data Quality</strong></p> <p>The information contained within this map has been provided by the Local Authorities and NRW who are responsible for delivering these schemes. </p> <p>In some cases, schematic location may not be exact and may be an approximate location / centre point within the Authority.</p>
