Title
Tidal Stream Seabed Hard Constraints
Abstract

These layers represent hard constraints on the development of the tidal stream seabed resource within the Welsh National Marine Plan area. A hard constraint refers to a spatial consideration (such as existing activities or infrastructure) that effectively prevents new development for a specific sector. These hard constraints layers were used as part of work to refine the Tidal Stream Energy Resource Area, so that any areas covered by hard constraints were excluded from the Tidal Stream Energy Refined Resource Area.
