Transfrontier Shipment (TFS) of Waste and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) (Wales)

This dataset contains information on Refuse Derived Fuel / RDF waste export data (monthly tonnage weights) from Wales to non-UK countries, since November 2014. Tonnage weight figures based on returns made by exporting and receiving / processing sites for each waste load shipped / exported for energy recovery outside the UK. Weight figures supplied are not verified by NRW.

Information warning

Please note, the information in this report may have some outstanding return data due to the lag in processing of waste loads. The whole dataset for a given year may not be complete until the end of the following year i.e. the data for 2023 will be complete and published around the end of 2024.
