<p>Data was collected by the Sea Mammal Research Unit, University of St Andrews (SMRU) during their oblique aerial photographic surveys of the coast of Wales in August 2023. </p>
<p>Survey followed standard techniques as outlined in the following NRW Evidence Report. </p>
