Each domain is compiled from a range of different indicators (listed below). More details on the indicators can be found in our WIMD 2019 Technical Report. The Index is constructed from a weighted sum of the deprivation score for each domain. The weights reflect the importance of the domain as an aspect of deprivation, and the quality of the indicators available for that domain.
